Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event, if the attendee fails to attend or cancel their hotel room without notice, they will be responsible for the cost of their hotel room. 

Parking: Marriott/Capitol District Garage (325 N 12th St)

Park in the garage at 12th & Davenport and take a ticket at the gate—bring it with you (don’t leave it in your car). After parking, go to the southeast corner of the garage and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Use the skywalk to access the 2nd floor of the hotel/event space. Luggage can be left with the front desk. Refreshments will be available upon arrival.

Departure:

Use your room key to exit the garage—scan it to lift the gate, then drop it in the box at the exit. No need to visit the front desk. If you don’t have your room key, you’ll be prompted to pay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests at this event. All attendees must be registered individually.
